Delivery 

We aim to dispatch your goods within two business days (depending on stock levels) but goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours (weekdays only).  Goods are sent via Courier or Royal Mail. Orders over £50 nett receive free delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Please note there is a surcharge for deliveries to Highlands, Remote Scotland and Islands. These charges are displayed and applied at checkout (We apologise for this but unfortunately our courier charges extra for deliveries to these locations).

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.  Should you not be satisfied, please contact us at Tyre Consumables.  If you wish to return your goods, you must do this within fourteen days of receiving them and at your own cost. Original postage costs are non refundable. Items dispatched with free shipping will be subject to a restocking fee which will be the equivant of our postage cost. For your refund or exchange to be accepted, goods must be returned in a new condition, unwashed, unused, in their original packaging and with all the instructions. Goods may be returned for an exchange or refund to the address within your parcel.  When returning your goods, please state the item you are returning, your name, address, order number and whether you are returning your goods for a refund or exchange. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service as items not received will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return & Exchanging of Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  When returning your goods, ensure you enclose your order number, name, address and contact phone number. This will help us trace your order quickly.  You must state the items you are returning, the reason for the return and advise us if you require a refund or replacement.  We will meet the cost of the return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
