UK Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over £50 excluding VAT to mainland UK. Orders under £50 excluding VAT will incur a surcharge of £5.95

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery Schedule

Our products are usually dispatched between 1 – 2 working days (providing they are in stock and not bespoke items) using a next day or 48hr delivery service unless otherwise agreed.

Bank Holiday Ordering

Our office and warehouse are closed during bank holidays and Christmas. All orders placed during these periods will be dispatched as soon as the team return to work.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

Any personal details entered into our website are processed securely using the very best in certificate security.

International Shipping

For delivery charges outside of the UK, please contact us.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day money back guarantee.

We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds on bespoke made or ordered items.

If you are unhappy with the goods, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date. For a full refund, goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition complete with documentation and manuals. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If you have received an item you did not order, or a faulty item, please contact the team by telephone on 01373 593007 or email us at sales@tyreconsumables.co.uk to inform us of this and we will arrange a refund or a replacement.

Any goods believed to be faulty by the customer, not fit for purpose or damaged may be returned to us at the customers cost. This will be refunded/credited once goods have been assessed by Tyre Consumable and proven to be faulty or of inadequate quality. A replacement product will be offered free of charge.

If returned goods are proven by Tyre Consumables or by the manufacturer to not be faulty or are faulty due to negligence on your behalf then carriage/collection costs will not be refunded. A replacement will be offered at your cost.

Tyre Consumables will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us unless a collection was made directly by our courier.
